The Business Center at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) has added 12 new directions to the list of activities eligible for the Tajer Abu Dhabi license. This license allows engagement in e-commerce without purchasing or renting an office for three years.
Now Tajer covers a range of consulting services - in the areas of maritime law, tourism and recreation, logistics, statistics, as well as network consulting. In addition, the list of new activities includes analysis of accounting and auditing systems, training in agriculture, screen printing on fabrics and clothing, design and artistic decoration.
In 2024, Tajer Abu Dhabi covers 1,200 types of activities - since 2017, their number has increased 40 times. According to Mohammed Munif Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Business Centre, the expansion of work directions eligible for the Tajer license demonstrates the dynamic development of Abu Dhabi's economy and facilitates the process of creating and conducting business in various sectors for entrepreneurs and investors.
