This amount can be achieved through:
- A single property valued at AED 2,000,000 or more;
- Multiple properties with a combined total value of at least AED 2,000,000
Available for both ready properties and off-plan properties.
Required Documents:
- Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Health insurance
- Copies of purchase agreements and property ownership documents (title deed / SPA)
- Proof of property value (title deed shows the amount, or valuation letter / letter from developer)
- Passport-style studio photo on a white background (digital format)
Good to know:
- The applicant must be present in the UAE during the entire visa application process. Remote applications are not possible.
- Family residence visas are issued only after the main applicant receives the residence visa and Emirates ID.
- Opening a bank account is possible only after receiving the original Emirates ID.
- Original Emirates ID is delivered within 2–4 business days after biometrics.
- Nominee can be applied in both cases, if the client is inside or outside of the country.

- Registering the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) at UAQ Municipality
- Obtaining the developer's NOC (No Objection Certificate)
- Registering the property / changing nationality details in the registration contract
